The service list below is not a menu of everything that could conceivably be done to a building. It is the work this crew does often enough to be genuinely good at, which is a different and shorter list. Each line has a dedicated page setting out the fault patterns, the diagnostic sequence, the typical repair scope and the decision points where repair stops making sense.
Seasonal load shapes which of these lines are busiest, and it is worth knowing before you call. Cooling failures cluster in the first genuinely hot week of the year, because that is when equipment that limped through the previous summer is asked to run continuously for the first time. Heating failures cluster the same way at the first hard freeze. Drain and water heater failures spread more evenly across the year, with a spike around holidays when kitchens are working harder than usual. Booking maintenance outside those windows gets you a longer appointment with a technician who is not being pulled toward an emergency.
Cooling, heating and air distribution work is handled by the NATE certified mechanical crew. Drain, water heater and fixture work is handled by licensed plumbers. Where a job crosses the boundary, and plenty do, the two sides coordinate rather than one trade improvising in the other's territory. A condensate drain tying into a sanitary line is a good example: the mechanical crew owns the coil and the trap, the plumbing crew owns the connection and the venting.
Emergency AC Repair
Cooling lost during a heat event, diagnosed the same day. Hard start failures, tripped high pressure switches, seized condenser fans, frozen evaporators and control board faults, with refrigerant verified by weight rather than by sight glass.
AC Installation
Replacement condensers and coils sized by a load calculation rather than by matching the badge on the old unit. Line set evaluation, micron level evacuation, weighed charge and airflow commissioning before sign off.
AC Tune-Up
A measured seasonal service rather than a hose down. Coil condition, blower amperage, capacitor microfarad reading, temperature split, static pressure and drain trap function, with the numbers recorded for year on year comparison.
Furnace Replacement
Heat exchanger failure, repeated ignition faults and terminal corrosion assessed against the cost of continuing to repair. Venting, gas line sizing and duct static all reviewed as part of the replacement, not after it.
Boiler Repair
Hydronic faults traced through the whole loop: circulator failure, air locked zones, expansion tank waterlogging, low water cutoff lockouts, sectional leaks and control faults on both gas fired and combination units.
Heat Pump Repair
Reversing valve faults, defrost board failures, outdoor sensor drift and auxiliary heat locking on when it should not. Diagnosed in the mode that is actually failing, which usually means a return visit in heating weather.
Ductwork Install & Replace
Undersized trunks, crushed flex, disconnected branches and returns that cannot feed the equipment. Measured with a manometer, redesigned to the airflow the system needs, then sealed and insulated properly.
Indoor Air Quality Testing
Particulate counts, humidity mapping, carbon monoxide screening and pressure diagnostics to find where unconditioned air is entering. Testing first, so that any equipment recommendation answers a measured problem.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Lint loaded and crushed vent runs cleared and inspected end to end. Airflow verified at the termination, transition hose condition checked, and improperly routed or excessively long runs identified for correction.
Water Heater Repair
Tank and tankless units diagnosed for pilot and ignition faults, sediment driven noise, failing thermostats and elements, anode depletion, scale in heat exchangers and relief valve discharge that signals a bigger problem.
Drain Cleaning
Cabled and jetted clearance for kitchen, bath, laundry and main lines, with camera inspection afterwards so you see whether the blockage was grease, roots, a belly in the pipe or a structural break.
Bathroom Plumbing Repair
Running and leaking toilets, failed supply stops, corroded traps, tub and shower valve cartridges, blocked branch lines and the slow hidden leaks that show up first as a stain on a ceiling below.
AC Compressor Repair
Compressors that hum and trip, start hard, or read shorted to ground. Windings tested with a megohmmeter and start components proven before anyone quotes the single most expensive part in the system.
Central Air Installation
Whole house cooling put in where none existed or where the old split system is being reworked. Plenum fabrication, line set routing, condensate handling and electrical service capacity all checked first.
Boiler Replacement
Sectional cracks, chronic leaks and controls no longer supported bring a boiler to the end. Replacement is sized to the actual heat loss of the building rather than to the output of the unit coming out.
Heat Pump Installation
Cold climate and standard efficiency systems set up with a real balance point calculation, auxiliary heat staged so it locks out when it is not needed, and defrost verified in heating weather.
Thermostat Repair & Replacement
Control faults traced at the board before the stat gets blamed. Missing common wire, staging mismatches, heat pump reversing logic set backward and communicating systems that need a matched controller.
Duct Sealing
Leakage measured rather than estimated, then sealed at the joints, boots and plenum takeoffs with mastic instead of tape. Retested afterwards so the improvement is a number, not a claim.
Air Cleaning & Humidifiers
Media filtration, electronic cleaners and whole house humidifiers specified against a measured problem. Filter pressure drop checked, because the wrong filter starves the blower and costs more than it saves.
Commercial Drain Cleaning
Grease laden kitchen lines, floor drains and long horizontal runs jetted rather than cabled, with camera verification and a maintenance interval set from what the camera actually shows.
Backflow Testing
Annual testing and repair of reduced pressure and double check assemblies, with gauge readings recorded on the report form and failed relief valves and check discs rebuilt rather than replaced wholesale.
Frozen Pipe Repair
Blocked runs thawed under control rather than with an open flame, split sections cut out and replaced, and the exposure that caused it corrected so the same run does not fail again next winter.
